GWs Delayed

FullMetalRacket:

Although we had initially estimated that the beta gameworlds 14 and 15 would be opening mid this week, we have decided to delay this until next week.

As you may be aware, we have recently been running some stress tests with the aim of testing heavy load on the auto-select squad tool and player search. We are still working on optimising these and as the openings of these gameworlds present an excellent opportunity to test any changes, we feel it’s best to hold back on the openings until they are complete.

We are very aware how keen you are to get back testing the game but we do feel that doing this in this way is for the maximum benefit of the beta test and is extremely important in getting the game ready for release.

Sorry for the continued delay.

Good news for players in GW 3,5,6,10,11

Marc Duffy says:
We've managed to get 3,5,6 up and running however we spotted errors when we did so. We've asked SEGA IT to re-run the process again to be sure and we've pinpointed seven tables in our database which have corruption. Some of these tables are quite important to the running of the game and some we could ditch without any major knock-on.

With that in mind, it looks likely that GW 3,5,6 will be certified 'dead' tomorrow afternoon so although this isn't the final say on the matter you can take it as pretty much certain and it's literally just a matter of time.
GW 10/11 still fall into the area of Missing in Action (MIA) and when I talk about response times and lack of information it's particularly here I refer to. I am completely tied with what I can update you with as I simply don't have the info. I've chased this again today and it involves our hosting centre seeing if they can find the lost data partition. We've set a deadline of tomorrow PM for them to look into this.

Assuming that all of the above are not coming back, we'll be inviting all managers in such gameworlds to join new gameworlds and we're doing everything in our power to see if we can sweeten the deal by salvaging your skills!

and about the start of the GWs,
If we have to start new GWs they'll start next week. I doubt it will be Monday. It's more likely to be Tuesday / Wednesday

Finally good news, we can return to the beta soon!!!!

Latest News of the Missings Beta GW

This morning Marc Duffy says:

Following on from my post yesterday, we managed to get GW6 (and 3 and 5) up and running yesterday afternoon. We ran our corruption checks, maintenance and left the game up to see if any errors came through.

Subject to that going well - we would have made them live.

Sadly, it didn't go well - it seems that the dump of the database from the old location gave errors and when the IT department skipped an error during this process it would skip the rest of the table in question meaning we were left with a database structure that looked sound, data that wasn't corrupted, just not enough of it.

We've asked for this dump and restore to take place again and this time to note down the errors (and the tables in question). This will happen today.

The bottom line is that it's becoming less and less likely these worlds can be saved. 10/11 are still missing as well.

The agreement has been closed by an amount close to 100,000 £ per day, this quantity is variable depending our reputation and our classification in the ranking.

Team Kit

This could be the Home kit of the team.

New Badge

Render Team Spa
For the start of the new season we have a new badge based in the colours of the team: gold and red.

GameWorld Shearer

Render Team Spa entered in GW Shearer. The team is very confident in continuing with the successes achieved in the GW 11, which got up to sixth place in the world ranking. Very famous players played in our team, Carrick, Dos Santos, Govou, Milito... And most of them are anxious for returning to dress our shirt.

Our biggest rival, Athletic Albsans has also entered. The supporters are very happy to be able to enjoy this great derby. Athletic Albsans team is the most hated by our fans. The show is guaranteed !!

FC Sesantino, the "black beast" of the team in the Gw 11 is a rival to highlight.
