Latest News of the Missings Beta GW

This morning Marc Duffy says:

Following on from my post yesterday, we managed to get GW6 (and 3 and 5) up and running yesterday afternoon. We ran our corruption checks, maintenance and left the game up to see if any errors came through.

Subject to that going well - we would have made them live.

Sadly, it didn't go well - it seems that the dump of the database from the old location gave errors and when the IT department skipped an error during this process it would skip the rest of the table in question meaning we were left with a database structure that looked sound, data that wasn't corrupted, just not enough of it.

We've asked for this dump and restore to take place again and this time to note down the errors (and the tables in question). This will happen today.

The bottom line is that it's becoming less and less likely these worlds can be saved. 10/11 are still missing as well.
